Antwerp Residences is not an agency and not a platform. It is a small number of furnished apartments high up in De Lichttoren and De Parktoren on Ellermanstraat, owned and looked after personally by the owner, rented to engineers, contractors and specialists - often expats - who come to Antwerp for a project.

There is no middleman, no call centre and no commission. You speak with the owner directly, from your first question to the day you hand back the keys. All communication is possible in English.

We are available 24/7 to answer questions. If something breaks, it is repaired as quickly as possible — maintenance requests go straight to the person who can arrange them, not into a ticket queue.

Because the portfolio is small, we know every apartment and every resident personally and stay in contact throughout your stay. Every apartment is delivered spotlessly clean before move-in, so you can settle in immediately: furniture, kitchenware, bedding, internet and utilities are in place and covered by one fixed monthly amount. A visit to the apartment is possible, provided the current resident agrees; a video tour is always an option as well.
